Recipients of The Addie Project:

Patrick is a seven-year old from Florida who has severe Eosinophilic Esophagitis and 60+ anaphylactic food allergies.  He only has about seven foods he can eat safely.

Eosinophilic Esophagitis is a disorder whichh causes his body to see food proteins as invaders. When the food proteins hit his esophagus, his body sends out white blood cells called eosinophils to attack. They do a lot of damage in his esophagus and build up there.

As a result he has  had multiple strep throat and ear infections in the last year along with mulitple cases of Scarlett Fever. He has Lymphopenia with a white blood cell going as low as  2.1 Which means his body is not making sufficient white blood cells.

He misses a lot of school.

He loves all colors of the rainbow and wants to be a roller coaster designer when he grows up.

Patrick's house with his elf Mantra. Patrick's fairy builder was Jane and the fabulous Chris makes all our elves.
