Here is my weight loss secret. Every evening the minute I arrive home before I start cooking supper and doing all the chores I make a quick salad.
Just half a tomato, few slices cucumber, half an apple or one slice of pineapple and one small lettuce leaf. I sit down and enjoy this snack. It stops me nibbling on unhealthy snacks and is enough to tide me over until suppertime.
Even if I am having a salad supper I still make and eat this before supper time. I find that this pre-supper salad seems to kickstart my metabolism and I whiz through my chores. I hope someone will find this tip helpful.
