Good luck with the books. I can't believe Oprah hasn't interviewed you on her show yet!
I thought you would like to know that I have lost 6kgs in the past 4 months. I am now 9 kgs lighter than my heaviest weight of 91.4 kgs. I have done this by exercising (gym twice a week plus cycling) and applying your methods to the food issues.
One of the many great things about your methods is that they are so easy to remember, even years later. I remain calm around food. I don't eat unless I am hungry. I don't eat after 8 pm. I never have seconds. I serve myself and I choose, for example, the smaller, leaner chop and I pass on the dessert.
The only thing I still do which you will disagree with is that I check my weight daily - but that's my style. I am forever grateful to you for all your good advice. Even when I am overweight, I am more content with myself and can forgive myself for my indulgences. I have become less of a perfectionist and a happier person because of it.
I am doing the Argus this year - having that goal is a great motivator. I will try not to return to my bad habits once it is over.
