Share your poems about dieting here.

I have written many desperate poems about dieting in my lifetime! I wish I'd kept all those scrawlings to share with you here. But in fits of frustration at my own apparent failure at dieting my diet poems often got torn up never to see the light of day again.

Body-wise-perfect-size is the perfect place for your to share your poems about dieting. In your diet poem you can rage at the futility of it, let out your frustration at what miracle diet products promise but fail to deliver, and at the media with it's flagrantly unrealistic media images that create and perpetuate how we compare ourselves.  In your poem about dieting, you can share your journey of freedom, your journey towards intuitive eating and attuned eating, of embracing health at every size falling in love with yourself.  I'd love to read your diet poems about how you've stopped   stopping dieting and starting living.

Poems about dieting can help others....and we'll send you a special Thank You gift for yours

No sooner had I decided to put out an invite to people to share their poetry (I hadn't even put the page up - I'd only just decided to), I found a poem on dieting from Bev Bancroft - the very wise moderator for our Mind over Fatter forum at the time) - you can read it if you scroll down.  Amazing how that law of attraction works!

And here's one I wrote myself about the The Paradoxes of Dieting So (to borrow some words from one of SARK's great books), get those juicy pens writing on some thirsty paper (or those computer keys a-ticking) and send us your poems about dieting.
