Stop Dieting and Live
Tired of dieting

If you want to stop dieting and live - you're tired of dieting, then here's a diet poem about 4 reasons to stop dieting and start living. So often, especially when it comes to those New Year's resolutions, we're tempted to start dieting when our body is shrieking - "Don't diet - just don't do it!" It's a poem about dieting that shows us the path towards being body-wise and whatever is your natural size.

This is #1 and the fun has just begun:

Diets rob you, they take you out the joy-seat,
your thoughts become: what, when and how much can I eat.
Living, here's how to start living...
focus on your body - on what's health-giving

Then you can ditch dieting and start living

This is # 2 and here's exactly what to do:

With diets you ignore your body's voice,
someone outside of you dictates your choice
Listen to your body - it's a biological wonder
Hearing and responding to it's life puts diets under

That way you can stop dieting and start living

This is # 3 a bit about tweedle dum and dee:

Diets are crazy, they make you food obsessed
You loose and you regain, your mind it is messed
That's not truly a way to live with zest
Just be in harmony with your body - that's honestly the best.

Ditch that diet and live light instead

This is # 4 and life is knocking on your door:

Dieting regimes just never seem to work
Then you feel like you're the weak jerk
You'll be laughing and loving you're when you're living more
And all those diet failures won't even feature in the score

So now for once and all, stop dieting and start LIVING
