Hi Meldy - my goodness that must have been written over a decade ago and I'm afraid I don't have it any longer. I'm honored that you felt it good enough to hang onto for all this time.
I was able to find this article in Sarie that I was quoted in. . From the title of the article though, it sounds like it might have been me sharing how I discovered how to listen to my body's wisdom which is included in my introductory chapter of my Mind over Fatter program.
