Biology of Guilt and my depression
I am not overweight but I am in the midst of recovering from Meloncholly depression and guilt is a large factor in this type of depression. I find the physiological explanations of guilt and it's impact on our health, very interesting. I am gathering that working on our thinking patterns is a large part of recovering from guilt associated health issues. I am also understanding that I need to take more control and responsibilty for my feelings because not foing this will easily take me into a victim pattern oif thinking and behaving. This is empowering to me and I will use this awareness to assist me in my recovery and in maintaining my health. Thanks.
