Very interesting forum here Cari.

Back in 2010 I was googling about importance of breakfast and found your site. It is sad that the diet industry is such a sly machinery of manipulation and confusion. I particularly feel sorry for young women out there who think that a beautiful body is a destination and therefore they do not love themselves in their present bodies.

Hi Regina - I'm so curious to know your story. I know you eat intuitively and you stay at the size that is right for you and you haven't been conned into believing that your worth is determined by your exterior appearance. How is it that you managed to escape when we live in a culture where that is so hard to do? I see from your email address that you're a doctor.
