We underestimate the power of touch

Hi Linda, thank you for letting me know you enjoyed this article. I think we under-estimate the power of touch to heal and do many other wonderful things. I'll never forget how powerful having a massage from a therapist who radiated no-judgment and love with each and every touch was when I was struggling with hating my body. Thank you to all you wonderful massage therapists out there that help people feel more at ease and who role-model for us how to treat our bodies with love.
